When I graduated college I was 210 pounds and in the worst shape of my life. After deciding to join the Marine Corps I knew that it was going to take a lot of work to get into shape. It wasn’t going to be easy and I knew I couldn’t do it alone. Working out with Joe has been great. Not only am I now in the best shape of my life, but I have learned a lot about weight training and eating as well. Starting to work out with Joe was easy. He is friendly and outgoing. Regardless of the level of fitness you start out at, Joe provides a comfortable environment to start training. He encourages you to work as hard as you can on a daily basis, and as long as you do, the results will follow. Joe knows what he is talking about when it comes to training and will help you reach your goal.
One of the main concerns that I had when I started training was looking weak in front of others at the gym. I know this is a common feeling for people when they consider the daunting task of starting to workout again. However, one of the nicest parts about training with Joe is the fact the gym in which he trains is private.
This creates an environment where you can start working out again without feeling embarrassed regardless of your level of fitness.
I am down to 175 pounds and have packed on a lot of muscle. I recently passed my physical fitness test for the Marine Corps which I would’ve had no chance of passing before training with Joe. Overall, I would highly recommend training with Joe to anyone who is looking into increasing their level of fitness.
