Tips for preparation:
Be sure to be properly hydrated prior to workout and have a source of hydration handy as you will lose a lot of moisture through sweating.
Stretch thoroughly prior to exercising to loosen muscles and warm them up. This will help you be less sore the next day and also will reduce the risk of injury.
Do not over exert yourself, while the point of a boot camp is to push your limits you do not want to go too far and end up injuring yourself.
